HOT & SPICY CHICKEN SOUP
SLOW COOKER
INGREDIENTS
1kg - 1.5kg Chicken Breast Fillet
1L Chicken Stock
1 Can diced tomatoes
2 tsp cayenne pepper
5 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Cumin
2.5 Tbsp Lime Juice
Garlic (3-4 normal size cloves)
Celery (optional) (chopped)
Red Capsicum (chopped)
1 - 2 x Brown Onions (chopped)
METHOD
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours.
